This one-day professional development opportunity will create a familiarity with basic collections care through the accessions process. Topics will include: basic artifact condition assessment and handling; application of accession numbers; basic artifact housing; and the importance of record-keeping.  The day will include a tour of the Camden Public Library and Walsh History Center.
