Administering a Collecting Institution
An Informal Roundtable Discussion
Join Seashore Trolley Museum Executive Director Katie Orlando and Yarmouth History Center Executive Director Katie Worthing for a drop-in Q&A session to discuss your questions about museum administration. The hosts will be available to chat and facilitate discussion about issues including staff and volunteer management, board engagement, forging successful community collaborations, fundraising, and social media and marketing. This will be an informal chat driven by member questions, so drop-ins at any time during the hour are welcome.
This event will not be recorded.
