Institution description
The mission of the Wilson Museum is to cultivate and encourage human connection across place, time, and cultures. The museum features the collection of J. Howard Wilson and includes archaeology, Native and world cultures, geology and local history. In addition to the museum itself, the campus includes the John & Phebe Perkins House, The Village Blacksmith, a Wood Shop and other exhibit/demonstration buildings. Free, with the exception of guided tours of the Perkins House. Open May 27- September 30: Monday-Friday 10am-5pm; Sat & Sun 2-5pm; Perkins House & Blacksmith open July & Aug, 2-5pm, Weds & Suns.
