Maine Archives and Museums (MAM) invites you to sponsor our conference, to be held this October 3rd, 2025!  Whether you specialize in archival storage materials, consulting services, retail/gift shop items, or services and products that enhance visitor experiences, we invite your participation.

This conference offers an opportunity for you to share your organization’s message with volunteers and professionals working in all aspects of Maine’s museums, historic sites, and archives.  

• Find your target audience among professionals representing museums, archives, libraries, historical societies, historic sites, and more.
• Develop your brand with museum and archives professionals throughout Maine.
• Continue connections with your current customers.

When:  Friday, October 3rd 2025

Where:  University of Maine at Farmington

Deadlines:  

• August 1, 2025 for inclusion of logo and text on printed mailing
• September 17, 2025 for all other benefits

Package #1: “Presenting Sponsor”--$1,000  

All the benefits of “Host Sponsorship,” plus:

• Exclusivity: only one sponsor at this level
• Logo on front cover of conference program
• Logo in promotional postcard mailer to over 1,500 mailing addresses (if confirmed before August 1)
• Logo & link in quarterly newsletter to MAM members
• Speaking opportunity during keynote introduction (or special mention by MAM staff if unable to attend) 
  
  

Package #2: "Coffee Sponsor"--$700 

All the benefits of “Host Sponsorship,” plus:

• Semi-exclusivity: only 2 sponsors at this level
• Signage at the afternoon coffee break table featuring organization name and/or logo
• Logo & link in quarterly newsletter to MAM members

Package #3: "Host Sponsor"--$350 

All the benefits of “Gold Sponsorship,” plus:

• Semi-exclusivity: only 4 sponsors at this level
• Exclusive Host listing in conference program (ex. "Sessions hosted by Smith Consulting")
  
• Signage at conference featuring organization name and/or logo
• Logo featured during conference proceedings over Zoom
• Logo in the conference program, on MAM's website, and in email marketing to over 1,500 email addresses
• Featured text listing and link in quarterly newsletter to MAM members 
• Featured text listing in promotional postcard mailer to over 1,500 mailing addresses (if confirmed before August 1)
• Two (2) admissions to the conference

Package #4: "Gold Sponsor"--$200

• Text listing in promotional postcard mailer to over 1,500 mailing addresses (if confirmed before August 1)
• A two-three sentence statement from you to accompany your text listing in the conference program
• One (1) exhibit space of not more than a 6-ft. table
• One (1) admission to the conference
• Text listing in the conference program, on MAM’s website, and in email marketing to over 1,500 email addresses
• Promotional handout in conference packet (please provide copies for all registrants)
• List of conference participants
• Promotional social media post in the lead-up to the conference
